Every vehicle is insured. What you pay depends on who is at fault.
If the accident is your fault
- 10% of the repair cost
- A fixed insurance excess of 2,500–5,000 AED, depending on the vehicle category
If the accident is not your fault
All expenses are covered by the insurance company — you pay nothing.

Tourists: call Dubai Police
Report the incident directly to Dubai Police.
UAE residents: use the Dubai Police app
Submit the accident report through the Dubai Police application and obtain the official report.
Provide documents within 2 days
Police report, photos of the rented vehicle, photos of the other vehicle (if applicable), and any documents requested by the insurance company.
Salik (toll)
Salik charges may appear on your account up to 30 days after the crossing.
Traffic fines
Fines usually appear the same day, but Dubai Police updates can take up to 30 days to register.
Payment is required within 24 hours of notification.

Do I need a security deposit?+
No, our vehicles are rented without a security deposit.
What documents do I need to rent a car?+
UAE residents need an Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence. Tourists need an international passport and a driving licence from their home country.
Is delivery really free?+
Yes — delivery and return anywhere within Dubai city limits are free. Airport delivery or return costs 150 AED.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Cash in AED or USD, card terminal (+3% fee), a payment link for Visa or Apple Pay (+3.66% fee), a UAE company bank transfer, and Russian bank cards including Sberbank, T-Bank, Ozon Bank and VTB.
How much mileage is included?+
Daily rentals include 300 km per day; monthly rentals include 5,500 km per month.
What is the minimum age to rent?+
You must be at least 19 years old for standard vehicles, or 21 years old for sports and luxury vehicles.
What happens if I have an accident?+
Contact us immediately on +971 58 920 20 20 (call or WhatsApp, 24/7) and follow our instructions. Tourists should also call Dubai Police; UAE residents should file the report through the Dubai Police app.
What is Salik and how much does it cost?+
Salik is Dubai's toll system. Each crossing costs 7 AED and may appear on your bill up to 30 days later.
What if I receive a traffic fine after my rental?+
Dubai Police can take up to 30 days to register a fine. Once notified, payment is due within 24 hours — if you experience difficulties, we are happy to discuss a solution together.
Do I need to return the car with a full tank?+
Yes, every car is delivered full and should be returned full. If not, refuelling fees apply based on vehicle type.
