Deposit
0 AED security deposit on every listed vehicle — a valid driving licence and a card pre-authorisation is all that's required at pickup.
Insurance
10% of the repair cost + A fixed insurance excess of 2,500–5,000 AED, depending on the vehicle category. All expenses are covered by the insurance company — you pay nothing.
Mileage allowance
Daily rentals: 300 km / day · Monthly rentals: 5,500 km / month.
Delivery & return
Delivery & return within Dubai city limits: Free. Airport delivery or return: 150 AED.
Traffic fines
Fines usually appear the same day, but Dubai Police updates can take up to 30 days to register. Payment is required within 24 hours of notification. If you experience payment difficulties, Toretto Rental is ready to discuss a mutually acceptable solution.
Fuel policy
Every vehicle is delivered with a full tank — please return it full. If not, the following charges apply. Sedans: 200 AED · SUVs: 300 AED.
Salik (toll)
Per crossing: 7 AED. Salik charges may appear on your account up to 30 days after the crossing.

Do I need a deposit to rent?+
No. All listed vehicles require no security deposit.
How much mileage is included?+
300 km per day for daily rentals, and 5,500 km per month for monthly rentals.
Who pays for traffic fines?+
Fines usually appear the same day, but Dubai Police can take up to 30 days to publish them. Payment is due within 24 hours of notification — if you experience difficulties, we're happy to discuss a solution together.
Is delivery included in the price?+
Delivery and return within Dubai city limits are free. Airport delivery or return costs 150 AED.

Cash (AED/USD), card terminal (+3%), payment link (+3.66%), Visa, Apple Pay, company bank transfer, and Russian cards including Sberbank, T-Bank, Ozon Bank and VTB.
